Schools In

The first day of school didn't go to well. there was a tornado and it hurt when we did are duck and cover positions I have the best teacher ever. Mrs.Leprich. She is really nice because she doesn't yell (that much)

Trip: Gulf Shores, AL

Awesome does not even explain the beach.

My cousins and I had so much fun. Swimming was one of the most exciting things we did. We went go-cart riding and to putt putt golfing.

The worst thing that happend was my brother had to go to the ER because of blood poisoning in his foot. He is better now.

Other then that I had so much fun. On the way down we stopped at a rest stop we went on a see saw. It was the best thing that ever happend to me.

My grandparents and aunts were there to.

I give my vacation to Gulf Shores a five star rating.(5 out of 5)

CD: Sh-Boom

For my birthday I got a CD called "Sh-Boom". It is full of "Do-Wop" songs.

My favorite song is "Why Do Fools Fall in Love?". I LOVE that song because the singers have a lot of talent.

My Uncle Tom said to buy something fun with his gift money. So when I listen to the songs I dance. (that's fun right?).

I also bought some hair things and a game boy game, "PHIL OF THE FUTURE."

I think I found the CD I've been looking for.

I got a Webkinz for my birthday!

The best thing about getting a Webkinz is you get a stuffed animal. I got a pug and named him Pugsley. Webkinz is a Internet website. That has make believe animals. All you have to do with them is feed and take them to the doctor every week.To get money to buy food you win arcade tournaments and do jobs. When you do tournaments and earn money you also meet knew friends.

The thing I like least about Webkinz is you have to wait eight hours before you do certain jobs like paint a fence.

Event: Schools Out!!!

I am so excited - swimming, camping and so much more!

The last day of school we played a game called "Toss Around the Circle". What I had to do was... Sit in circle and have a ball. Someone throws the ball. The person they throw it to catches the ball and says there name and what they are going to do this summer. Some people had lot of things to say - others not so much.

The worst thing about school was my teacher broke her finger bone in two places and also chipped it.

I can't wait wait until next year! (I have already had a dream about a teacher).

I give my fourth grade year 3 stars. (3 out of 5 star rating).

Performance: Wicked

My dad and I went to see Wicked for my Birthday on May, 27, 2007. It was so amazing!!!!!! Awesome does not even explain it. My favorite part was when Elphaba dyfies gravity. When I only had the CD I thought "Defying Gravity" was the worst song, but after seeing the play, I think it's the BEST song.

On the way to see Wicked, we took the train from Naperville. It was like a mini vacation, just me and my DAD!

Field Trip: Sci-Tech Museum in Aurora

I think the Sci-Tech museum is a place where everyone should go. It has things from dinosaurs to electricity, bubbles to music. Not only did I have a good time but it would be a great experience for 4,5, and 6-year-olds.

One of my favorite experiments was watercolor. I wrote my name on a piece of paper and put it in a bottle-like-thing that had water as thick as an inch. We took it out about 30 minutes later and all that was left was lines of color.

I give this trip a 4 star rating. (4 out of 5)

Book: "Nancy Drew and the Secret of the Old Clock" by Carolyn Keene

In book 1 of this series, Nancy Drew tries to figure out who Josiah Crawley wanted his will to go to. She helped people along her way including a 6 year old girl who she kept from getting hit by a truck. She also helped two sisters.The first was a bad singer and Nancy helped her become a good one. The other sister was very poor and Nancy helped her pay some things. I think in the next book the sisters will help Nancy figure out a mystery.

Book: "The Twits" by Roald Dahl

"The Twits" is a very funny book you will not want to put down.The story is about a mean couple who like to play jokes on each other. One of my favorite parts is when the Twits thought they were upside-down.

I connected to the story when the Twits were being mean to each other because sometimes my brother and I are that way to each other.
